This website is operated by Chaleur. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chaleur. By visiting our site and or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Preorders & Product Availability


Certain Chaleur products are offered on a preorder or limited release basis. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that production and dispatch timelines may vary.

Estimated shipping or dispatch dates provided on product pages or via email are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
By completing a preorder purchase, you agree to wait for the item to be produced and shipped according to the stated timeline.

Shipping & Delivery


Chaleur ships orders within Canada and to select international destinations.
All delivery timeframes provided by Chaleur are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Chaleur is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues once the order is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping Charges


Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Chaleur reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Duties, Taxes & International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Chaleur is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery


Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Chaleur is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details. Any additional shipping fees required to resend an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation & Communication


After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of the order but does not guarantee immediate shipment.
Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or dispatched.
For preorder items, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Limitation of Liability


Chaleur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays in shipping or delivery.
